jadual waktu time puasa (workdays):
after sahur - pump susu
7.40am - power walk dari masjid klcc ke office
8.00am - stat keje
10.00am - pump susu
10.30am - stat keje
1.00pm - solat + pump susu
2.00pm - stat keje
4.00pm - cabut balik rumah + power walk ke masjid klcc + jln raya yg xpenah xjem
5.00pm - sampai umah + solat + mandikan aqeef + pump susu lagi
7.30pm - berbuka
8.00pm - tidokan aqeef, ummie die pn skali zzzzzzzzzz...........
siryes penat sgt sgt sgt sgt ok!!! dahlah puasa, pastu nk maintain production, kene la pump sekerap yg mungkin. pastu everytime lepas pump mesti rasa dehydrated sgt2....
klu time weken, lagi la ai frust, sbb dahlah puasa, pastu xsempatla nk pump in between feedings kan, pastu aqeef pn biasenye mcm xpuas minum di siang hari..tp time malam, die kaver balik, minum sampai tertido kekenyangan...
tp alhamdulillah, wpun my production tidaklah sehebat mane (sehari max 16oz je...average dlm 12oz sehari) tp so far production mase bulan puasa ni masih maintain seperti biase...
n alhamdulillah gak, even aqeef pnye milk consumption makin lama makin banyak (sehari 20oz ok...ummie die kene pump 5x sehari just to keep up the demand, dgn stok yg cume ade 2hari je dlm fridge tu) tp ai still manage to fully bf him until now...hopefully leh continue sampaila die dah xnak minum susu lagi....
owh, yes...mase awal2 masuk keje dulu, time2 lepas pantang tu, dapat gak la 20oz sehari, pastu xtau kenapa, tibe2 my production makin kurang pulak....maybe sbb penat kot...merundum sampai max 8oz je sehari tau...sgt cemas time tu ok....pastu, niat di hati nk la mkn supplement. ai siap beli fenugreek lagi tau, dgn niat nk tambahkan susu..pastu, masa ai join breastfeeding club kat office, dorg ade buat mother to mother pnye discussion, barulah ai faham, yg supplement ni tidaklah membantu sgt sbnryer....yg membantu adalah the way kite pump and mengosongkan our breast...
after that, ai pun try la tips2 yg dorg sharekan tu...n alhamdulillah, it really works!!! dari 8oz per day, dapat la skrg ni 12oz per day (jaaaadddiiilllaaaaa) so dah cukup hepi dah....n nowdays, dah naik sket, dah jadi 16oz per day..yay!!! (clap clap clap ummie aqeef!!! --> perasan utk diri sendiri) makanya, fenugreek tu dah jadi hiasan atas meja office la skrg ni...hehehe...
but the truth is, mmg kene makan byk masa sahur n berbuka...for me, masa sahur tu, mcm masa berbuka!! (erm, ai mkn lagi byk masa sahur dari masa berbuka ok --> sbb aqeef tido lagi, so syokla mkn byk2) n ai makan kurma byk gler!! (baru 12 ramadhan, dah habis dah sekotak kurma..dah bukak yg baru pn arini) n mmg dgn mkn kurma, jadi lebih bertenaga, n tadela lapa yg melampau. tp syaratnyer, kene mkn nasi or any heavy meal, dgn kurma >4biji sekali makan, dgn air masak >8 gelas at 1 time (dat's for me la...org lain pnye keperluan kan lain2) n so far, sgt enjoy berpuasa as bf mommy....
teringat gak time puasa tahun lepas - berpuasa as pregnant mommy...itu cabarannye lain (mabuk, sakit kepala, xlalu makan, loya, etc) n this year, cabarannye lain pulak....tp Alhamdulillah, Allah memang memudahkan segalanya....wpun bf mommies diharuskan berbuka kalau xlarat nk berpuasa, so far ai boleh maintain lagi la...xtaula ape cite utk lagi 17hari ni...kite tunggu dan lihat!!! :)
