For our beloved Aqeef Nahdan...
My dear son, sorry for the very very late wish....i know, this is waaaaayyyy ttoooo far behind your actual date, but believe me baby, my hands are tight, my time is limited nowdays, attending you especially....
close to your remarkable timeline (which is 6 months old, of course), you had a fever, which lasted for 3 days!!! I was sooo worried. Luckily your Abah was around. We took you to clinics and within 3 days, your fever is totally gone.
But to our amazement, you surprised yourself by having 2 set of teeth, 1 at the bottom, and another 1 at the top of your gum!!! And to make it even special, we noticed it on your Abah's birthday!!! What a splendid gift for your Abah, son!!! Good job! --> 1st tooth out: 28th Sept 2010, at 5 months 3 weeeks and 2 days.
you even can move forward now, even with so much effort put into it, but nevertheless, that doesn't slow you down. We start to notice you moving forward when you decide to grab a ball from my hand, at your Opah's house. I didn't believe it at first, but you showed your skill pretty well my dear...i salute you...
with your new skills at hand (and legs), your crawling tempo is much much faster nowdays. and adding to the existing forward skill, you can even crawl backwards!! Oh my..my....your pace is too fast baby...too fast for both of us (your parents obviously) and your speed is like lightning to your Opah (she's 65 years old Aqeef, please slow down and do think about her as well ya)
And finally, all of us thought you are 8kg already, by the weight you are carrying yourself right now. but the trip to PCMC changed almost everything. You are obviously taller (67cm), a little bit off from our estimation (7.5kg) and your head circumstances is around 43cm.
Physically, you are a very healthy and a smart young man. I also believe that. But your peditrician consulted us taht it's your emotional and psychological thinking that needs to be nurtured, needs more attention. And i truly believe that she is right. We will try our best to give you all the attention that you needed, all the support, the encouragement, the love that you deserve from both of us. InsyaAllah, you will grow up to become a good, responsible and a smart man, insyaAllah....
Happy belated 6th months old Aqeef Nahdan...how fast time flies....i wish you are still the small baby boy in my arm when i delivered you 6 months ago...
This is pretty different from my usual monthly updates on you my dear...but believe me, this electonic love letter means a lot to me, and hopefully, you will be able to read this, and you will always know that both of us (Abah and Ummie) really really really love you..
